My wife Shelley and I are licensed real estate agents in Canton Georgia and are members of the Cherokee County board of Realtors as The Garland Team. Shelley`s previous career in commercial real estate investments can often give her an edge when it comes to negotiating for buyers.
I have an extensive background in both commercial and residental constrution. I also hold a current State Residential and Light Commercial builders license. From a builders stand point and experience working with buyers over the last 5 years I have a great trained nose for quality and value.
We have lived in Cherokee county for over twenty years and both of our Daughters graduated from Sequoyah High School. We love showing Cherokee as well as Forsyth,Cobb, North Fulton and Pickens Counties.
Shelley and I are members of Birmingham United Methodist Church in the Milton Community. We have 2 labrador retreivers and an english setter we do a lot of hiking and training with. I love to fish, hike and bird hunt.
